Our family arrived in Huadu and checked in here, what a lovely experience. The service was nothing short of impeccable, to the point where all family members said that we had to leave this review. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, especially Ms Wong and TimTim. They helped us make our taxi arrangements knowing that we're foreigners and didn't know how to use the local apps. They even helped us with a suitcase issue on the first night, and we had arrived slightly past midnight. The hotel has very clean and comfortable beds. They wanted to upgrade us to rooms with balconies but we opted for hotel breakfast instead since the central location means the lively night market will be right outside. Ms Wong even helped my elderly family members with digital payments and that was very useful information for the rest of our trip. We enjoyed ourselves so much that some family members who extended their travel days booked Atour Hotels across the country, that's the impression Ms Wong and Tim Tim gave us. A 10/10 experience. We'll recommend this place to everybody traveling here. Thank you for your top-notch service!

    Convenient as it is near to the airport which is our main priority. but having said that we would like the hotel to have at least some facility as advertised online and not walking over to Pullman hotel.

    A boutique newly renovated budget hotel, with a family owned atmosphere. Less than 50 Yuan by taxi from the international airport. Clean rooms and well designed. I would visit again under similar circumstances. The restaurant was very simple but both the evening and breakfast cooks were happy to prepare meals to order. Value for money for those on a budget and not wanting to travel all the way to the Guangzhou CBD.

    a shuttle bus was promise it never turn up it was awful on the airport and trying to get transport to the hotel as no one was speaking English. reach the hotel around 11pm wasted 4 hours waiting. reach the hotel again no English It was not good . in the morning whilst we were leaving we were shouted to get out, and the driver shuttle bus was shouting all in Chinese and driving dangerously. all and all bad. why are they advertising in your website which is international if they can be bother to speak the language????     We spent twenty-four hours at this hotel between flights. Were satisfied and could take a good break. This hotel is one of the nearest to Guangzhou airport, so you can reach it very fast after arrival. There is even direct pedestrian access to T1. And T2 has frequent free shuttles. Rooms were very convenient and spacious. Special thanks for blackout curtains and comfortable beds. Many of the staff speak English good and may help you with different questions.

    The staff member in the evening was helpful when we couldn’t use our credit card to purchase dinner at KFC. He helped by ordering KFC for us as there wasn’t any food available at the hotel. Hotel was clean.

    Location is a bit far from Airport and we cannot find hotel's shuttle bus. Hotel is new and spotless, cozy and refreshing. Staff are nice.
