Beautiful and peaceful location! The views from the back decks were great, and it was a nice welcome retreat from the busier beach areas. It was close to lots of hiking trails, and the pool and BBQ were an extra bonus. Spotlessly clean on arrival.

it's definitely one of the best if not the best boutique hotel in platres, the staff are outstanding and the service is top notch, the resturant is one of the best restaurants in the area and the food is exceptional!! the whole experience makes you feel like your home away from home and the staff make you feel like your between family, this hotel gets my top ratings from hundreds of hotels I have stayed in. job well done to all the team of petit palais.

This hotel is amazing for couples without children wishing to relax for a few days. The views, the quiet, how comfortable the bed is and even sitting on the sofa sipping wine and watching TV. The host, however, is the cherry on the top. Very friendly and helpful and he made sure we didn't lack anything. And that's on top of a great location for visitting attractions on the Troodos mountain range, a wonderful breakfast (make sure to try the yogurt!) and a clean, cutelittle hotel with great vibes!

I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. Everything exceeded my expectations. The space was clean, modern, and very well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The apartment was fully equipped with everything I needed – from a comfortable bed and fresh linens to a fully stocked kitchen. Amenities worked perfectly I appreciated the little touches that made it feel like home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience – I’ll be coming back!

Our family enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the New Helvetia. We did not realize until we arrived how unique the hotel is. The rich history is showcased in it's social areas that include a full bar, dining area, sitting area and gorgeous terrace overlooking the foothills of the Troodos. The space is full of vintage charm, but also included all the modern ammenities we needed (updated, clean and well eqipped bathroom), air-conditioning, and strong WIFI service. The staff was incredibly knowledgable, friendly and attentive. They truly seemed to love and take pride in this very special place. Go and enjoy!

The family that owned the inn was excellent. They were all so kind. I loved the breakfast and the location. My room was perfect. This was a safe place for solo female travelers. And there was close access to public transportation, as I did not rent a car while in Cyprus. Great hiking nearby.

Great location close to the hiking trails, charming hotel with beautiful terrace and spacious common area, helpful and friendly staff, generous dinner portions (we had dinner twice and really enjoyed it, very tasty and reasonably priced) and simple but meticulously clean rooms. A lovely place I gladly return to!

    LOCATED IN THE CENTRAL PART OF CYPRUS IT IS NOT CLOSE TO ALMOST ALL THE POPULAR TOURIST DESTINATIONS ESPECIALLY THE BEACHES. THE MOUNTANOUS AREA MAKES IT TEDIOUS TO DRIVE TO ALL LOCATIONS AS THERE ARE NO TUNNELS AND THEREFORE YOU NEED TO DRIVE UP AND DOWN AND AROUND EVERY MOUNTAIN ON THE WAY. NOT MUCH TO SEE CLOSE BY APART FROM THE VERY SMALL WATERFALL.
