The proprietor of the hotel couldn’t have been nicer. The apartment was roomy, lovely, well stocked. The courtyard perfect for sitting right outside your room. You don’t find properties like this anymore. I am a retired flight attendant and know a thing or two about hotels. Stay here if you get the chance.

The staff was wonderful, way better service than any other hotel I've been to. I specifically remember the lady and the gentleman who took care of my checkin and checkout and who were very kind and helpful. The overall coziness of the lobby and the indoor bar are a big plus. The room was big enough for me and functional. I especially liked the seating area next to the window with a nice view.

Fantastic hotel, great and accomodating staff, good facilities. I loved the option to have a late checkout and the bike rental. The room had good ventilation, the windows were openable, everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. The reception area is great, has a water fountain, luggage storage and even toilets when you're just coming back to pick up your luggage

Lot of good things for breakfast. It became our main meal of the day. The atmosphere is relaxed and classy. Location is very near the M1 metro line: with 15 minutes you are in the center of the city. Very comfortable. The room was large enough. Bathroom is clean and everything is modern.

The location was great. It was close to public transport and the concert venue. It was nice to get home quickly after attending an event there. The staff was amazing. They even helped us locate a ring my son had lost that fell down the elevator shaft. The maintenance staff went above and beyond for us.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Our room view was fantastic, room was very clean (except glasses) and silent. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly, sympathetic and helpful. There were 5 fast elevators and we never waited longer than 1 minute. Metro station is 5 minutes away by walk, and there is bus stop in front of the hotel as well. City centrum is in walking distance. Generally we went everywhere by walk. Breakfast was really good. Special thanks for complimentary glasses of wine for members (2 minutes registration during check-in).
