Casa Mano Juan is a real gem in Paradise. We decided to stay on Saona Island for 2 nights when visiting the Dominican Republic and it was the best decision ever! This location is paradise. The staff is so helpful and the scenery is unbelievably gorgeous. If you are looking for a luxury experience, this won't be your taste. If you ever went to sleep away camp as a kid and miss it, and want to recreate it in a tropical paradise, look no further. The meals were tasty, fresh and filling. The beds were comfier then I expected. We loved it here so much and can't wait to come back. Sara was so amazingly helpful. We were traveling with small children and my elderly parents so we had some specific considerations and Sara really came up with the perfect solution so we could access this unique travel experience. Thank you so much, Sara, for all your help and for being such a huge part of us creating one of our most special family memories. We're so grateful to have had this beautiful opportunity and we couldn't have done it without you and your awesome staff! The apartment is located in a well maintained complex of privately owned apartments that looks like a Mediterranean village and is amazingly quiet. It has a charming garden, a stunning private beach (with clear blue water, and the most beautiful sunsets), and great swimming pools. The complex has a tiny convenience store, and one restaurant. No spa, and the gym is reserved for people staying >30days. You pay $10/ family at the lobby when you arrive for the complex fee. The apartment is spacious, has plenty of natural light. It has a balcony (with table and chairs) with a great view of the swimming pool and garden, 2 bedrooms, 2 big bathrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped. There is good AC, water pressure, and hot water. We brought our groceries (from Santo-Domingo) and cooked all our meals in the apartment. The apartment is a 5min walk from the beach. The host is very responsive (uses WhatsApp). You have to pay by cash when you arrive, or by paypal 24h before your arrival (we did paypal which worked perfectly). We would definitely come back, we had an amazing time there.

The host contacted us prior our arrival to make sure we had all the information, the facilities of the property are amazing: clean and huge pool, beautiful beach and the staff was very kind, I think this is a property you can stay 10 days without getting tired of it.

The apartment is comfortable. The AC works great. There is some water that leaks from the living room and the double bed bedroom. The kitchen is functional. Absolutely loved the sheets on the beds. Soft ! Good quality. The kids enjoyed the kids pool. The restaurant was good. Loved the beach.
