I really can’t express my gratitude to the hotel staff. From the moment I booked the hotel from booking app I received a welcome message with suggestions to book any activity or restaurants. To when I arrived with the warm welcome. To add to the amazing team at the front desk, room service and the concierge when I told them I’m sick and not feeling well, I was treated like I was home. I ordered ginger drink with honey and they didn’t charged it to my room and I was touched. Also when I told them I’m leaving early morning to the train station, they offered to prepare a breakfast of my choice. And I was surprised with a bag with a collection of pastries, fruits and the sandwich I ordered. With a bottle of orange juice and water. I can’t thank the hotel enough for their professionalism and great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Excellent value for money, clean and comfortable apartments. The views are breathtaking and the location quite authentic, we loved it ! Also the Peruvian lady at the reception is very nice and helpful.

A beautiful, well maintained hotel. Room was spacious, common areas very nice. A wonderful breakfast was included. The restaurant meal was delicious. The use of the water/soap features was great. I loved the scent throughout the hotel! Staff extremely accommodating and friendly.

Location was easy to find, right off a main highway. Ana from human relations was amazing, she really made us feel at home during our staying. I wasn’t well and she did everything she could to assist and offer helpful suggestions. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far on this trip, we were spoiled for choice.
