We enjoyed our stay very much. The ocean view was worth it as the hotel is on a hill, the view is spectacular. Good food both breakfast and dinner. The staff was very helpful and nice. Enough space for parking. Apart from the children outdoor swimming pool, there is a small playground for children near the tennis court.

    Temperature was just right for me in July not too hot with a cool breeze. Lots to see and do great places to eat, I recommend Brunelli's Steakhouse for the most magnificent views and great food. Also a small Italian Cucci for pasta and pork dishes were excellent. Not many English mostly Spanish out enjoying themselves. A must go to bar is Hawa Rooftop Bar, on the promenade modern hotel the Silken Saaj Maar. Free to go to for non residents after 18:00 just press the buzzer in the vestibule by the glass doors and ask to go to the bar get in the lift and floor 6. I was advised to rent a car and it was definitely the correct decision transfers are expensive and it's just over an hour drive from the airport on great roads.

    I liked the shopping centre, the quirky tourist shops and the restaurants were great. A walk along the front was lovely and took us to the fishing beach and onto a large play area for kids. This had a few restaurants around also. Its a great area to stay as a stop-off for a trip to Loro Parque

    If you are looking for a peaceful, civilised resort, then this is the place. The walk from Playa Martinez to Playa Castillo is lovely. There are enough attractions to occupy your time and if you want to go further afield , then good frequent public transport is available. A visit to the Botanic Gardens and La Orotava are musts.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic - very convenient, with breathtaking view of the ocean. The hotel itself offers great facilities, including a gym, which is super important for us. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfasts were excellent. We’d definitely love to come back! If there’s anything that could be improved, we’d suggest updating the room interiors a bit. And fixing the Wi-Fi! Spanish sim-cards doesn't work well inside.

    My third time at this accommodation and it I can’t speak highly enough. This modern studio is perfectly situated in front of the pier with a great sea view. It’s immaculately clean and has everything you need. This is my top choice for a week in Puerto.

    I was pleasantly surprised.

    I was pleasantly surprised. The city is beautiful, with well-developed infrastructure, including public transport (Titsa buses). However, there is no information about buses at bus stops, no numbers, no timetable, only a scannable QR code. What to do if your mobile phone is dead? I didn’t see any sockets for charging. I rarely use taxi services, but my little experience was excellent - the price of the trip was calculated fairly.

    Considering that this is not a small hotel the quality of the hotel was exceptional. There was enough high quality choice during breakfast and dinner for one week stay. Hotel is super clean - rooms, garden and pool area are nice. With a small child this is an optimal choice. Easy parking by the street can be found nearby. There is a short drive to the mountains from here. I believe it is hard to find better option for one week stay in Puerto Cruz. Northern part of Tenerife is greener than south.

    Have stayed in 5 hotels over the last 6 weeks in puerto de la cruz and this is probably one of the best budget hotels ive stayed at so far, its spacious and cleaners visit every day and change beds and towels which is something you dont expect at this end of the market. The pool is nice and a good size and the pool area feels nice and relaxed with plenty of space. The hotel also has its own laundrette which is a bonus when your away for several months at a time.

    Absolutely fantastic option. Loved the capsule that gives you a lot of comfort. Big lockers, smart solutions. Very clean with plenty of bathrooms. Great location, friendly staff. Rooftop is also a nice add one to sit and relax. I think this is the most modern hostel on the island. Great value for money! It is difficult here on Tenerife to find fine hostels. This one is awesome, highly recommend! I would come back.

    Thank you Hotel Botanico! It was my first trip to Tenerife and I stayed in this hotel as a gift for my 35th birthday. The spa and the gardens are amazing. Everything is so clean and quiet. So this a perfect place if you want to relax and have good rest.
