I like that I can open the door with my phone. That was super awesome. There was a maintenance woman that was super nice. I wasnt sure what to expect but I really loved this airbnb. There really was so many this to like and it was just beautiful

Good customer experience, each evening the hotel personnel provide a small gift such as foot balm as they know we are tired walking to visit the city, they provide their local marshmallow which is find very thoughtful

The location is exactly at the center of the busiest shopping area which is very convenient. The facilities are clean and good and the perfume smells comfortable (we bought one). And it’s good to have free snacks and coffee in the morning and evening.

    Santa Coloma is blessed with many bars and restaurants.

    Santa Coloma is blessed with many bars and restaurants. There is a 1 star Michelin tapas restaurant just 200 metres-ish from the hotel, but booking is necessary! There are many other tapas establishments but would heartily recommend "Tapas & Mas" for the attentive staff and excellent food that came in quite large portions. Hardly any English spoken by the staff but we managed quite well.

    The trains were HOT & very crowded.

    The trains were HOT & very crowded. Mass transit needs to be Visual so Any language can easily see where they are and need to go! Had to fend off a guy in a wheel chair playing “Oh Susana” with an Accordion two days in a row! Which didn’t make a 14 stop train ride any easier…oh Brother! Where’s the transit police for this nonsense?!

    The hotel facilities and room exceeded my expectations. The staff was very polite and responsive to situations. There was an incident with the security system, but the matter was dealt with by the staff with all care and kindness. We were also complemented for the inconvenience.

    The room is appropriate for a short stay, which is what we wanted. Also the hotel has good looks. The staff we talked directly to is helpful and nice. There is a nearby metro.
