The staff was very friendly and always willing to assist the best they could. Some of the staff didn't know English but we were able to communicate very well whether using Portuguese or the translator. The cleaning is done every day, they provide you new sets of towels and supplies according to what has already been used. The building is very nice and curated, with stonewalls and wood everywhere. It's very clean and the swimming pool, although small, it's a real plus if you have kids.
