The staff communicated with us prior to arrival and gave us instructions on retrieving the key from the lock box. The room was immaculate and well-stocked with things we needed. Overall it was comfortable and reasonably priced for the area.

Everything about this hotel is a 10+ . We thought we had missed breakfast, spoke to a gentleman sitting at the desk, he said “Even if you had, I would have cooked a breakfast for you!” He was the Manager! They are so very accommodating. I remember the first time we stayed there and I asked for a coffee with cream. They didn’t have any. Next morning at breakfast, they asked if I wanted coffee. Said I didn’t because they didn’t serve it with cream. Their answer…”we went and got some for you!” It’s the little personal things that keep us coming back!

The hotels in the centre of Knutsford with convenient parking. The entire establishment was very clean and well kept. The entire staff were excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I’m not sure I’ve been to a friendlier place. Thank you to everyone there for making my stay a pleasant one and I look forward to returning.

    Altrincham is a little market town, with nice shops and plenty coffee houses and bars. It's very pleasant in the summer. Lots of places to eat outside, plus there is an indoor market hall for eating. Great for children. There is great transport links to get to wherever you wish. Airport, Manchester City centre ect! Basically anywhere, there is transport to get you there.

    Helpful, friendly staff and an okay buffet breakfast but the room was basic and very noisy from traffic. If you live in a quiet place remember to ask for a room away from the road. It was a COSY king room, all bed (two singles pushed together) without much space, very basic compact bathroom all looked a little tired.

    I only stsyed here because of the cheap bnb easy access by both bus and train (bus £3.80 single) from Msnchester airport when forced to find overnight accommodation. Just up the road from bnb Stamford Park was a pleasant open space.

    We stayed at the hotel in order to visit Tatton Flower Show. There is a free shuttle bus to & from the bus / tram station. Altrincham has a good vibe . plenty of bars & restaurants & shops

    The house is beautiful and it's literally smack-bang in the middle of Altrincham so accessible to all of the main restaurants, bars and amenities (and 5 minutes away from Alty Market!). Our host, Jordana, literally thought of everything in terms of our stay, so the house is well stocked throughout. It's clean, lovely and we had a wonderful time! 😀

    Place is beautiful, location was just right for us. We had a slight problem with heating in one room which was resolved very quickly. Communication with the person running the place was easy. Very close to the centre if Altrincham, just a few minutes walk from Altrincham Market and Station. Highly recommend it.
