Everything was bright, modern and spacious. I slept great. I have stayed at numerous properties in Broughty Ferry now and we all agree this might be the best one. Certainly I will try to stay here again when visiting family and friends. This was such a delight.

Super hotel -new, spotlessly clean, walking distance to the centre, gorgeous design and comfortable beds. Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but would def come back here for future visits. Lovely big bathroom.

I was in a room on the second floor at an adjacent building from the main building of this hotel complex. There were 4 rooms on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs. The bed was comfortable and there was a separate bathroom in the room with a bathtub. There was a plexiglass protecting the one side of the bathtub to prevent water from splashing out. The hot water was plentiful, and the water pressure was very good. The breakfast was typical Scottish style breakfast and was excellent. It was freshly cooked on the spot and the coffee was made on order (machine made and tasty!) The complex is right next to the Drumoig golf course and there was a deal for a "stay and play" which was very attractive in terms of pricing.

Extremely comfortable and cozy. We had all the necessary amenities. Close to many restaurants and cafes. We were greeted by the owner upon our arrival. Plenty of free on street parking; we were able to park right in front of the doors.

Friendly staff, clean and charming rooms, comfortable beds, good value for the price.
