Located in Fordingbridge, Railway Hotel features a restaurant, bar, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. The hotel has family rooms. Delicious breakfasts and evening meal, very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us Lovely facilities in our room, dinning area and in the bar Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Railway Hotel
Located in Fordingbridge, The Three Lions features a bar and a garden. We stayed last night and our stay was great, from the check-in, room, hot tub, dinner to breakfast and check out. The staff were so friendly and helpful, no issues whatsoever and the location is great for a relaxing stay. Restaurant and chefs are really accommodating and the food was delicious.
Located in Fordingbridge, The Compasses Inn features a restaurant, bar, garden, and free WiFi. The inn has family rooms. Really lovely room and spotlessly clean. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Located in Fordingbridge, within the natural beauty of the New Forest National Park, Sandy Balls Holiday Village features 2 swimming pools, a hot tub and sauna. Bournemouth is 16 mi from the property.... Our caravan exceeded expectations and was very modern with much more room than we thought and even had an ensuite double bedroom, dishwasher and fire. Every single member of staff we interacted with during the entire holiday was excellent, friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. There were loads of activities to do. The restaurants were nice and clean, new and beautifully decorated. Aubreys in particular had excellent food and we went there several times. We were expecting a run down caravan site based on the low price we paid but it was brilliant, we loved it and would like to go again. Exceeded all expectations
Located in Fordingbridge in the Hampshire region, Swallows Retreat has a balcony. The property is 22 miles from Poole, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site.... Beautiful view. Peace and quiet. Cleanliness of the property. Fully equipped kitchen.
The Little Granary is located in Fordingbridge and offers barbecue facilities. Perfect location - lots of places to explore. Very clean property. All in all, relaxing and peaceful. Owners were very helpful and were quick to respond when the wifi was down (due to a storm). They also set the room up with banners and balloons for an extra charge for my husbands birthday and it was perfect. We will definitely be returning
The Old Post Office is located in Fordingbridge. The property is 22 miles from Poole, and guests benefit from complimentary WiFi and private parking available on site. The property is small but we expected that. It was very clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable and the location was great. Off road parking. owners couldn’t have been more helpful. A good price and a lovely stay.
we were not based in fordingbridge but 10mins away so we did not spend very long there but we have been there many times in the past and it has changed very little since covid .still has some nice individual shops and well worth a visit
Good location for most coastal places. Very good car parking with plenty of spaces Very clean hotel Very friendly polite staff Lovely lounge to sit in the evening Plenty of comfy seating Ate in hotel in evening food cooked fresh lovely and hot when served and on hot plates too which I think is a must. Railway theme made us smile
The Compasses is in Damerham, a beautiful village about 5 miles from Fordingbridge. The town is lovely, well worth a visit. Interesting shops, a museum, plenty of pubs and cafes and in a lovely setting. Very busy with a lot of traffic and plenty of parking.
Stayed here as a base for a visit to nearby Breamore House and the Heavy Horse Farm. Handy for Salisbury too. Fordingbridge is a quant village with a few shops and pubs and available public parking. Recommend the George to eat at.
Fordingbridge is a quaint town located on the Hampshire River Avon and ideally placed for exploring the New Forest and the beautiful beaches and waterways just a short distance away on the south coast.
Lovely place but a lot of greedy people charging way to much money for their facilities- the effect overall is that the honest traders are being affected by this. We did not do anything over the top but 4 nights cost up to 750 without hotel so the overall feeling was that we were being ripped off
Evening meal, from a realistically small menu, and the full English were really well cooked and good quality. The place overall was well cleaned - important in the circumstances - and the room was cleaned to a v high standard. I/we liked the location in the country near Fordingbridge where we'd had an appointment that day; that the pub backed on to a classic English cricket field was a bonus. Staff were welcoming and helpful and the atmosphere was informal. Sometimes the mix of hotel and pub don't really work but this seemed OK.
I liked that our room was external to the main hotel with lots of green area around it. The terrace & hot tub were a really welcome addition. Rooms were really comfortable & clean & by the looks of it quite newly completed. The pictures I saw of the rooms didn't really do them justice. Didn't eat in the hotel. Lots of places to eat in Fordingbridge. Would thoroughly recommend hotel.
A friendly establishment with an excellent offer of Bed & Breakfast and, should you want it, the evening meals menu looked good too! Fordingbridge is a quaint little town well placed for touring around the area. The Ship serves it well and given that both nights we were there the pub downstairs was full it is obviously popular with the locals too!
We loved the garden, the house was spotless and had all the mod cons you could need, the location was perfect for both Fordingbridge High street (including a lovely bakery) and the New Forest. Shane was extremely helpful and sent lots of suggestions on everything we could think to ask about.
Breakfast menu was varied and excellent portion sizes. The restaurant for evening meals was exceptional and would do justice as a standalone restaurant and I would recommend eating here even if you were not staying at the hotel.
Location nice and quite, handy location for what we wanted to do. Nice walks. Handy shops about 15 min walk into Fordingbridge. Nice, clean and warm in property.
Just perfect and had everything on site you’d need for a comfortable stay together with being situated close to the village of Fordingbridge
Cottage is exactly as described and very convenient for Fordingbridge
