Breakfast was fantastic. Bernie is a a sweetheart and does a fantastic job! Food and service were great. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Belinda even took our bags up to our room after we dropped them off early. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Beer garden was cool and pleasant even on the hottest evening of the year!!

The Staff Kirsty , Nat , Chris , Vinny , Jan and all the cleaning staff have been exceptional . In Fact if CARLSBERG did hotel staff it’s yours there they deserve a bonus for sure as I was only staying for one night been there a month now ❤️.

The building was recently renovated everything is brand new. Room was nicely decorated, clean and quiet. Our room was on top of the pub and we did not hear any noise. Staff friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were good in the pub. Location great. Right across the street from the train station made it easy to take the train into Liverpool rather than driving.

Modern hotel with good-sized rooms, very comfortable beds, good parking and is nicely decorated. Excellent and friendly staff on reception and the breakfast area. Nice to have pool etc, though we didn’t use.

From the minute you enter this hotel you know that it's well run. The room facilities were generous, even down to a choice of soft or firm pillows. Their focus is on guest comfort and it makes you feel welcome. The breakfast and dinner were superb. A small.lift made managing our luggage easy.
