Ideal location a ten minute walk up a hill. Near bus station and breakfast was very good, it was a Buffet. A wide choice mainly cold items. But nicely presented. Choice of juices and hot drinks. Dining room was light clean and had plenty of room. We only had to wait one morning when it was very busy. Staff were quick in clearing and cleaning tables and very pleasant to talk to.

Excellently located hotel for Buchanan Street Bus Station and very near the Central Located Walking Street with all the shops / bars and food places. Easy checkin and checkout process, highly efficient. Breakfast was standard fare and had a good sitting area to chill while waiting for any rain showers. Super convenient for Edinburgh Airport and Tour Buses within 100m.
