Insch is what you would expect a small Village not far from...
Insch is what you would expect a small Village not far from larger towns and within easy distance of lots of lovely places but you will have to drive unless your on your bikes ? so if you want main shops and bigger towns then there are 2 larger shopping places approximately 5 miles away its really quite nice to be in a lovely rural place and you must remember that this is a farming area so lots of farm tractors ect around the area and we did hear these because we was staying in the middle of a very busy harvest time and really is not an issue and you will not hear them to much while you sit by the beautiful stream that runs at the bottom of the garden at Lilyoak looking out over golden fields you may even be lucky and see some wild life !Guest review byPhilipUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Really nice friendly village. Two food shops, antique shop, leisure centre with a charity shop and cafe, Chinese takeaway, Indian takeaway, also Station Hotel. Insch is a very small town with a few amenities, however the great advantage is that there seemed to be a lot of things to see and do within very short distances, for all ages. The hotel has a comprehensive stand full of information and the hotel are very happy to sort out bookings etc for you.
