Staff members were friendly and helpful. The food was good. Lovely historic building renovated to retain its charm. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were large. Hot pot in room. location was good for things we wanted to see.

The feel of the Inn is cozy, welcoming and in the spirit of the town. Very friendly staff and of course the location was great!

Excellent hotel, great room, clean and spacious, very comfortable bed. Bathroom large with a bath. Very convenient location for motorways, also very near Saltaire I walked from the hotel there, which took about half an hour. The car park is large and no fee, just remember to put your registration in at reception. Staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant.

I visit Ilkley every year and look forward to staying at Craiglands. The rooms are spacious, the staff very friendly and I love the heated towel rack because it dries tights and smalls over night so I can travel lightly. I have not eaten there because I am always visiting friends, but I hear that the food is excellent! I highly recommend it! It has far more charm than "new" hotels with cookie cutter rooms and the grounds are pretty.

I liked everything about the property: the landlord, the food, the room, the location. It is a well run place. Very professional. Really, the top of my list.

When I got into the room I wanted to scream because it was SO cool, it was like being transported back in time to the boudoir of an upper-class Lady. The interior, the decorations, the details, were all so well thought through. I wish I'd had time to make use of the bath. Even walking up the stairs to the room was like walking up into another world. Check in was also very smooth, I arrived earlier than expected and was kindly allowed to check in early by the host – she replied straight away and was super lovely.

Vary Clean and welcoming. Lovely Italian restaurant in walking distance. Great breakfast and good parking.

Warm and friendly reception, with the details of the stay being explained, including the nearby parking. Very spacious room indeed, with tasteful furniture, including a large four-poster bed, and plenty of space to store clothes and belonging. A good walk-in shower and bathroom. Overall the property was clean and well presented. Guests have a separate keypad entrance, which bypasses entering though the bar area. The location is central, with a large carpark nearby, at £4.00 all day and free on Sundays. There are places to eat nearby, including breakfast and evening meals.
