A traditional pub, run by a friendly landlady and her team. The accommodation was in a separate courtyard adjacent to the pub and was clean, warm and quiet with everything I needed for my overnight stay. My meal in the pub that evening was perfectly cooked and well presented. I could not fault any aspect of my stay.

A-ma-zing place to stay in Norfolk. What did I like? Everything. The friendly hosts, the great cozy room, the comfy bed, the clean bathroom, the welcome package and goodies, the communal lounge, and the sensational, delicious cooked breakfast... one of the best B&Bs I have ever been to.

It’s was perfect for us, not remote, Tesco is a ten min drive away but remote enough. You can walk along the beach to a cafe one way and a fish and chip shop the other. Sea Palling has a great village store with everything you could need. Stalham is lovely for a visit and shopping. Waxham barns is fab for lunch. There’s plenty to do if you want to, you could drive to Cromer or Great Yarmouth. There’s broads boat trips near by, we however took it slow and relaxed. Strawberry picking at the fab A.G Meale and sons, fish and chips on the beach, watching the little terns and occasional early morning seal and just relaxing. If you need to unwind and love nature it’s the spot for you, you will return home telling everyone about your fab holiday but won’t want to give anyone the actual location!
