The Hartford Hall Hotel by Marstons Inns is a former 17th century nunnery and manor house in the small market town of Northwich. Set within 3 acres of countryside, it offers a pub restaurant. Great location and surrounds. Meals great. Staff friendly and obliging. Room great with lots of hot water.
Wincham Hall Hotel is located between Manchester and Liverpool airports. The location was excellent. offering a nice quiet country home living. Overall the hotel offered great value for money, but the lack of breakfast was a dissapointment and something they hopefully reinstate down the road. I'll take a place like this hands down over a characterless corporate hotel.
Offering a garden, fields and woodland, Beech Hill B&B offers accommodations in an Edwardian Farmhouse in Northwich. Free WiFi is featured. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. A warm and friendly welcome. The room and shower room were very pleasant. The vegetarian breakfast was tasty and adequate. Beech Hill Band B is situated in a rural setting but very close to the historical and interesting town of Northwich and within easy driving to other interesting locations in Cheshire.
Located in Northwich, 11 mi from Warrington, The Hive at 52 provides a garden and free WiFi. For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. I am a simple man, and rather like my hero Billy Bragg who said “peace bread work and power is the best you can active ” i like WI-FI, Shower, Bed and character . And this hotel totally met my basic criteria. The room was really clean, with a loverly bed, cracking shower and loads of room just to be comfortable. I am not a big TV watcher (hence the need for WI-FI to listen to the radio) but great to see a Smart TV which hooked up to my Ipad easily. And then there are the little things : Tea Pot (brilliant). Bedside table with USB charger ( top marks ) , little bench for doing hop your shoes (handy ) The whole hotel felt comfortable , but no it in a creepy “we keep toads way”, more like the near perfect version of your own home, without the drug dealer neighbour and children practising Cornett Parking was easy and secure I also am proud i did not use a single Bee Hive joke in the entire article
Located in Northwich in the Cheshire region, Royle House by SG Property Group is a 4-star property featuring free WiFi. The accommodations is 21 mi from Chester. Location was great, very handy having a shop across the road. House was clean and very well presented.
In the center of rural village of Pickmere, this charming grade II listed Georgian farmhouse offers light, airy rooms with flat-screen TVs. Very enjoyable and safe stay - with excellent precautions / procedures in place due to the ongoing pandemic. Excellent food, warm and welcoming hosts, clean, comfortable and great value for money - a must if you need a place to stay in the area. Thank you.
Located in Weaverham, The oaklands hotel has a restaurant, garden, terrace, and free WiFi. This 3-star hotel offers room service. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Everything. It had a perfect setting, wide open spaces, comfortable bedrooms, nice bar and dining area.
Didn't go into Northwich but surrounding area lovely. Easy to get to. Very handy for motorway. Good access. Good facilities. People we met really friendly and helpful. Had lovely lunch at Arabica.
Nice location , plenty of nice pubs, Hartford hotel excellent place to eat , spent the time relaxing and chilling . Loved watching the planes go into Manchester airport. Easy location to get out and about to the surrounding areas.
I made the trip to Northwich to see the charlatans, it was a real sunny day and the band played a great gig. The people are really friendly. I found that Northwich lacked a choice of bars & restaurants but they are having a new complex built (Barons Quay) which may have more bars & restaurants in. I really enjoyed the stay at Hartford Hall Hotel.
A very pleasant rural area in Cheshire. We were just passing through, breaking our journey on our way to Somerset, so did not see very much of the area. There was a very good gastro pub called the Antrobus Arms, where we had our evening meal, just under a mile from Foxley Brow House. The food was very good, and the staff pleasant. We would recommend this place to anyone.
