United KingdomIt was easy to find. The carpark is nice and secure. We had a warm welcome from Wayne. Our room was lovely and spacious, and spotlessly clean and tidy. It was very warm and cosy. We had everything we needed and had a very peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast room was very clean and tidy, with a good choice of breakfast items. There is a very nice pub, The Kings Head, just a few minutes walk along the road, which does very nice meals and the locals are very friendly.

Best suited for drivers as it's in a village location.
Best suited for drivers as it's in a village location. However the host had provided a list of eateries and takeaways local to the guest house. You also have a kitchen available to prepare and/ or eat your own food

The owner was really positive, open, friendly and helpful.
The owner was really positive, open, friendly and helpful. He explained clearly everything we needed to know about our stay.
My single room was very well equiped, warm and comfy.
I will definitely return on my next visit north if I need to break my journey. Hopefully when there is more daylight and the weather is dry so I can walk along the canal, up through the farm to the pub for supper.

I was only staying there to be close to by son and daughter-in-law and stayed with my daughter and her child. We ate at the local pub (ok meal) but spent little time there (arrived late and left early).

Arrived by motorbike to a warm welcome which isn't always the case! Room was spacious with comfy bed and decent bath/shower combo. The whole place was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The self serve breakfast had lots of choice and was very tasty.
Only 1 pub in the village which provided pub grub and drinks at a very reasonable price.

I popped to the local pub for an evening meal - took a while for the meal to arrive as they were quite busy, but it was very good once I got it... !
No street lighting there, so when it gets dark in winter - would be worth taking a torch as not sure how easy it would be to find your way back to the B&B :)

The room was clean, sterile and comfortable.
The room was clean, sterile and comfortable. Had tea/coffee making facilities and the shared breakfast room could be used by guests at other times too, was fully equipped and clean. We walked along the canal nearby and were educated by the information board too. Easy access to York and Doncaster as well as the local villages where family live. Friendly informed staff

I loved the clean, convenient, and comprehensive facilities, I loved the comfort of the room and the patio, and I loved the field out the back. The staff were lovely, professional, and friendly. And the location was surprisingly adorable - Pollington is a chilled-out hidden gem, and Snaith down the road was a lovely collection of friendly pubs and a surprisingly interesting, spooky old gaol house.

Beautiful building . It’s my favourite B&B in Pollington I think it’s been my 4/5th visit . Very clean lovely rooms private parking . Excellent kitchen dining area for breakfast plenty of choices . Owners are very friendly and polite .

I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this one is by far the best. Customer service is out of this world - if I could give 10000 stars I would! I couldn’t recommend more! They even dealt with a bird that flew into my bathroom!!

What a gem in Pollington, a comfortable room, a wonderful breakfast selection, they even managed at short notice to cater for my gluten and dairy intolerance, which was unexpected and truly appreciated.
