Exceptionally friendly and efficient staff - 3 front desk people, 2 bartenders/room service ladies, breakfast cook and attendant, maintenance man who helped us figure out heater were all superb. Food also top notch, great value. We tried 5-6 dishes, all great. Beautiful view from nice window & balcony. Easy walk to shore and to round center.

Incredible value for the price you pay. The hotel has been recently renovated and the cleanness is absolutely insane, just like in a 5-star hotel. They come and clean your room every day and they always leave it in great condition. The breakfast is also super good and with many options. Totally recommend it!

What an incredible hotel, we loved everything about it!! Wonderful rooms, excellent breakfast in the restaurant, breathtaking views from the rooms and the restaurant, and a very convenient shuttle to the old town of Chania. Gorgeous and relaxing pool area. The hotel and rooms were very clean and maintained to a high standard. The only small issue we had was that there was only minimal separation between our balcony and our neighbor, so there wasn't much privacy between the two balconies. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and we would certainly recommend this hotel. It is not located in the heart of old Chania, but it offers so many more advantages than staying in a small room in the old town.

Everything has far exceeded our expectations, it went above and beyond what we expected. The hotel is very close to the beach. Fabulous view of the sea from the balcony. Breakfast every morning was delicious, with plenty of variety. The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. And the room was cleaned every day to a really high standard, we really appreciated that. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Crete 10/10.

I must confess to being a bit of a 'regular'. The hotel is in a great location on the main square (known locally as 'Taxi Square'), 5 mins walk to the Old Town and Harbour, the Hotel is always spotlessly clean, and the staff are brilliant!

Amazing stuff very helpful. We stayed in hotel for 3 nights. Luxury toilet, strong airconditioner and cozy room. Hotel stuff leaves toilerties and towels every day. Would come again!
