This was a MOST comfortable stay ! The staff were SO helpful - found something I had lost and let me know immediately :) The breakfast was absolutely SUPERB - a GREAT place to stay if watching golf at Le Betulle. They remembered who we were and why we were there. Asked about our kid's progress. Next time I will try the spa which looked wonderful as well.

The staff is very friendly. Service, food, everything is at the level of a 3-star hotel. The hotel is not new, it is of older construction, but everything is clean and tidy. Excellent price-quality ratio.

The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, clean, very cozy. They welcomed with water, tea and snacks in the bedroom. I had a flight very early in the morning and they even arranged the delicious breakfast on time. There were a plenty of food with variety and home made pastries. The place is much better than the pictures!

Great place with a lot of history and in a beautiful setting. Immersed in the green and far away from city noises, it's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some tranquility. The owner is incredibly kind, attentive and generally super nice ! The breakfast has a lot of choices for all tastes and you can even eat there for lunch or dinner if you bring your own food ( there is cutlery, plates, condiments and an oven always available ), and the breakfast room is just incredibly cozy, with a nice view on the well-kept garden, full of little spots where you can sit and enjoy the place. Lastly, a rare thing, the other guests were all welcoming, kind, and generally very chill, which made the ambiance even better. Thank you for everything.

What Guests Said About Castellengo:

    Unique and memorable.

    Unique and memorable. Staying at a castle (or in our case the historical servants' quarters) was memorable and a great experience. It is not far by car to Gli Orsi, one of my favourite shopping centres in Biella, and there is a high-quality restaurant across the road. Though it is not exactly cheap so other options in the town of Cosatto may be better. The owner of the castle gave us a tour and it was quite an incredible story, so worth asking for that too (though beware of the large cabinet full of creepy dolls and teapots - joke - no seriously, they do exist). There are suites that are directly in the castle too, so be sure to ask for that if you prefer to stay directly in the castle, though honestly, we found the "servants' quarters" were excellent and close to the car park and for walks in the woods. The prices were super fair. All in all, we were all very happy with the accommodation and service.
