It was a very nice small hotel with a swimming pool and restaurant. At our request, they also provided a gluten-free breakfast. In the restaurant, there were also a couple of gluten-free dishes to choose from. The rooms were clean, cosy, and very comfortable.

    Gemona del Friuli is a gem between the mountains and the river Tagliamento. It's a great location for lovers of hiking, biking, paragliding and other sports. I spend time in Gemona every time I come back to Italy. It's one of my favorite spots in the Alps. The people are friendly and happy.

    We were amazed by unique hospitality of our hosts. They were friendly when we arrived an hour late. It was easy to communicate in English. What took our breath away was how wonderful the hosts were to our little daughter who had her birthday the next day. Grazie mile! The breakfast was excellent. The rooms and beds and the whole hotel are very modern and comfortable. It was a real treat to stay for 1 night and we wish we could stay longer. We definitely recommend this accomodation 100%. Just superhosts:).

    Good location - 20 mins walk to train station, a little further to the old town although there are supermarkets nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site was really good and very convenient. Rooms dated but that fits in well with the traditional feel of the hotel. A good, varied breakfast with fresh fruit, cereal, breads, jams, yoghurts, cakes, drinks. Relaxed feel with a help yourself buffet. Overall exceeded my expectations, I can highly recommend this place!

    The stuff at the reception is very polite. Hotel is very clean and arranged. Location is very convenient, you can walk from it to all the city attractions and pretty much all start points for the mountains are very near (from 5min to 30min with a car). Railway is across the street if you wish to travel by train, great pizza place (Pronto Pizza), grocerie store..Valur for money is great.

    Hotel was in a quiet location but close enough to walk up to main part of old town. Good secure storage facilities for bikes. The meal we had in the attached restaurant was excellent. Felt like it was hosted in the family dining room. Simple, tasty food at a reasonable price. Breakfast also excellent, with hot option of eggs available too if required.

    Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast incl. freshly made scramble eggs and Cappuccino. Everything seems newly renovated. Extra bike garage. Very quite at night. I will surely book again.
