The friendliness of all the staff and their helpfulness. I wish I could have tried the restaurant too, but we arrived too late and had already have dinner.

The room was clean. The parking spot is per room - meaning you park and climb the stairs to your room - Fantastic!!!! Breakfast was nice - served in the room. We got more then we askec :)

The friendliness of the staff, breakfast was super good and enough, the room was spacious and very comfortable and quiet. The checkout, being at 11am, allows enough time to rest and not rush. The room was equipped with a kitchenette that could be used for a daily fee, and I think the couch served also as a bed, allowing good stays for families with kids.

Wonderfufl stuff and great rooms

היה אוכל מותאם למי שמוגבל לגלוטן. מיקום שקט מפנק ופסטורלי. צוות מסביר פנים ושווה כל יורו

The hotel is awesome. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were a big family and had two rooms. My wife and my grown kid enjoyed the stay very much

Very modern and in new condition!

Very comfortable, Clean, and quit. not far from the markets. Breakfast was amazing. The person who checked me in was very good with a great smile.

exquisite breakfasts with a generous time frame, 7-10 am. the room was very well appointed, with excellent storage for clothing and lots of mirrors, and a well-stocked bar. the street is quiet, but in a very good neighborhood, close to Bergamo's prime shopping area. The street begins at Via San Alessandro, which leads directly to the Giacomo Gate to the Citta Alta, about a 30-minute walk. Going down the street the other way Via San Bernardino leads to Bergamo's exceptionally handsome public library; the first-floor interior offers children's books on one side and travel books on the other, looking out onto a garden that can be entered from the library. the hotel's laundry service did a lovely job and took about two days. staff were very warm and helpful.--and they seemed to have a system whereby the maids were alerted when one came to breakfast so that on returning to the room after breakfast, one found that the room had been made up.

Cleaniliness, closeness to the citta alta and to excellent cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Easy bus links.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. The location was excellent—close to everything while still being peaceful and convenient. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The restaurant is the best in the area. Excellent.

The staff was eager to help when we needed. The breakfast was excelent. Great option for Bergamo if you have a car.

The room was available for us exactly when we needed it, 12 hours before arrival, the 24-hour reception welcome was kind and our request for an extended check out was easily handled. The location and the room was calm, allowing for plentiful rest. Cleanliness was high and check out easy.

The rooms are nice, the hotel is nice, the staff are nice too

Best place to stay if you have a flight from BGY airport. Easy to check in, clean rooms, free parking place. Everything you can ask for maybe more for this price. I will definitely come back here if I have a flight in BGY.

Very comfortable and welcoming set in a beautiful location and run by delightful people.
