We stayed for a week at this B&B. It is located centrally in the Gran Sasso region where a car is essential to get around. There is easy parking available with restaurants and a beautiful supermarket a short distance away. The owner lives on the premises and offers any assistance required. There is a full kitchen and espresso coffee machine for guests use. This property would also suit an extended family group as there are 3 bedrooms available plus 1 additional double room with its own kitchen.

Unique and beautifully restored accommodation in an wonderful medieval fortified town in a hilltop setting. Breakfast was by far the best we've had during our trip. Very good Wifi connectivity which was a pleasant surprise, The reception staff was exceptional as well.

A charming spot in a spectacular location-- the room was exactly what you hope to find in a spot like Rocca Calascio. It was built into the rocks of the mountain almost like a cave, and captured all of the rustic magic of this mountain village. While it was not fancy, it had everything we needed-- it was clean, cool, and comfortable. The linens were lovely, and the breakfast was wonderful, with homemade breads.
