This was such a a wonderful place to stay in between exploring the beaches south and north of Olbia for two days. My room was spotlessly clean and so big! The outdoor space is lovely and tranquil and the view is amazing. I booked on short notice yet everything was ready and communication with the hosts was excellent. It's not in Olbia town nor on the coast. It's a few kms out in the country up a hill, so you will most likely need a car to get here. Still only about half an hour from Golfo Aranci or San Teodoro. This is a real gem of a place!

Really nicely designed boutique hotel, till the last detail, followed by a very pleasant perfume scents. The room itself and the bed were very comfortable. The place is centrally located, walking distance from all interesting streets and sites of the city, and it is 1min walking for a free parking.

Charming and very well equipped hotel at the heart of Olbia. At the reception we were greeted by Mr. Giampaolo with an impeccable service. Accommodations are above what I expected for the price paid.

Four nights in October 2023 was thoroughly enjoyable. Fransesca, was a gracious host who shared her knowledge of the area and prepared the most delicious breakfast with local ingredients every morning. The comfortable apartment was clean and refreshed regularly and had a scenic view which will be remembered, but most of all, we will remember her genuine hospitality.

Staff was amazing and attentive (and provided ample restaurant recommendations - thanks Valentina and Teresa!), breakfast was amazing and the facilities were gorgeous. Cascioni is an unbelievable eco retreat with lovely facilities that make you relax the moment you step foot on the property. We enjoyed a massage and multiple meals - one of the highlights was the welcome party the hotel threw for all guests and friends of the hotel, complete with live jazz band and delicious bites and wine!

Great hotel, the staff ist incredible helpful and the breakfast was very, very good. Location is wonderful, really right in the centre of Olbia.
