I had an amazing stay at this hotel and can't praise the staff enough, From the moment I walked in, Andrea C., the receptionist, made me feel so welcome with his warm and friendly smile. He was incredibly helpful in providing me with all the information I needed about the hotel and the surrounding area, ensuring that my stay was as smooth and enjoyable as possible. On my last day, Andrea F. was available and just as helpful, ensuring that everything went smoothly as I checked out. His attention to detail and professionalism were much appreciated. The buffet experience was equally wonderful, thanks to Roberta, who added so much energy to the dining experience. Her cheerful personality made breakfast and dinner even more delightful. She was attentive, ensuring that all guests were taken care of, and her positive attitude created such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The room itself was perfect—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and it really added to the sense of relaxation and comfort during my stay. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued, and their hospitality was one of the highlights of my stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at IH Hotel. It was very close to where i had to be in Milan, breakfast was great, the room was big and the staff were all really kind. Unfortunately, I had a hip problem so mobility was bad but the staff was so nice they even helped me to get my luggage in the car. I will surely stay again if I need to be in the area of Milan. Oriella is a great host. She met us at the property, showed us around. The rooms are generously large, the mattresses are beyond comfortable. Great amenities, safe parking. Could not recommend enough.

    Perfect place to spend a night and the very next morning, we drove to the Milan central part (About 20mins drive, depends on the traffic). Would recommend if you wanted to stay near to the city( with your Family and a car).

    I found this hotel to be absolutely lovely. It's located right next to the motorway but traffic noise was almost non-existent. Bedroom and bathroom were modern and extremely clean. Each room had it's own parking place right outside the room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. There are various restaurants in the area and also a good supermarket about a 10 minute walk away.

    The bed was large and really comfortable. The room included some free soft drinks in the minibar, slippers, soap, shampoo and lots of towels (I'd say too many for a one night stay). Wi-fi was working well. Free parking garage was an excellent feature, and part of why we even chose this hotel. Breakfast was good and plentiful, they even had non-dairy milk (soy). The staff was very nice.

    Our room was nice and comfortable, had everything you need. Comfy bed and pillows. There was a small gym with new equipment and a small, cosy hot pool with a steam bath in the spa section with showers and dressing rooms, which felt nice and romantic after a long day. You can also have an affordable dinner in the hotel, with a nice menu with variety.
