In-room wifi did not work when I checked in. Since I had an online meeting next morning, I asked at the front desk if there is any other way to get wifi. They lent me a portable internet device for free. Breakfast was excellent. Quite variety of choices, even with very good pretzel roll. Convenient location if traveling by car.

Proximity to the Iwata train station. Very comfortable and clean. Loved the view from the 10th floor. Lovely lobby and excellent AC (especially during a hot summer day!). All amenities provided. Comfortable bed with a great ergonomic pillow too! Enjoyed the included breakfast (happy it included vegetarian options as I had requested).
