The facilities are great; the security is perfect for a family vacation. They have a mini-mart, which is perfect for convenience for personal essentials (snacks, pads, slippers, toothbrushes, etc.); the kids really enjoyed themselves. The beach is very clean, and the area has a lot of security for kids to run around and feel free. They have washing machines in the apartments; this was perfect because of travelling with kids. I also loved that they have ceiling fans and air conditioners; for the kids, the fans are the healthiest option. I will definitely go back again; it's a perfect location for a family vacation with lots of play areas for the kids.

From the day we arrived the host Kevin was more than amazing. Always available on call and ready to help. It was the first place having arrived hours before our usual check in time he welcomed us and gave us a place to stay and wait. Even during our check out time. That was so considerate of him. The house was beautiful. I don’t think the photos do justice. You need to see it by yourself. How would I forget how amazing the houses smells?Direct access to the beach with a natural pool in the ocean. Also the place was extremely clean. The property is very beautiful too and with beautiful amenities. From your itinerary you need to add an extra day to just spend it on the property. Will for sure be back. I can comfortably say I found my second home at sandy shore. Thank you so much Kevin for making our stay more than comfortable.

I liked that the resort looked exactly as advertised. The view was breathtaking! The place is very clean, accessible to restaurant on site, and all the staff members are friendly and welcoming! Additionally, the price is very reasonable. I highly reacommend anyone visiting the area and wants a place to stay.

Seriously the best hone I have had at the sultan palace. It's great for those of us with kids cause it's right outside the water park, close to the supermarket and restaurant and not too far from the beautiful untouched beach. 🏖️ Love the host as well as the housekeeper. Great great place! Will be back with my little ones for sure!

The host is very welcoming and even sent a taxi guy to get us from where we were. The house keeper is so decent and organized, and makes really great food. The aesthetics are so nice and you get an awesome beach view. The environment is always clean, the lawns are spacious and security is also very good. The private pool puts the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend.
