We had a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The rooftop pool was amazing, with a beautiful view of the paddy fields. It was a peaceful place to relax.

Beautiful old house in the countryside. Comfortable rooms and well kept gardens. The staff here are friendly and very helpful and the Sri Lankan breakfast is delicious.. Highly recommended

Mind-blowing stay. The best you can get. So friendly and always helping staff.

One of the best places in Talpe

Breakfast was excellent. Staff are very nice. Rooms are big and very comfortable.

This was a spectacular place to stay at - and the pictures do justice to the place. The host is very cordial and welcoming. Highly recommended place to stay at.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient for getting around. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and smooth check-in process.

I loved the view from my room and balcony. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable.

The rooms are exceptionally large and beautifully designed, with every little detail carefully thought through. From the massive bathtub (even too big for two), the super comfortable oversized bed with great sheets, to the reserve collection Spa Ceylon toiletries and elegant fixtures, everything feels luxurious and works perfectly. The lighting, color tones, and greenery outside the windows create a calm, stylish atmosphere, with lots of natural light and very high ceilings that still feel intimate and cozy. The staff are well trained, so they felt attentive without being intrusive. Breakfast was high quality and quite expansive tbh. The pool is huge with plenty of loungers, making the whole place feel spacious and relaxed, almost like staying in a large boutique villa with friends. Biggest treat was that the surrounding rice paddies filled up so many fireflies at night, the setting is absolutely magical. There are lovely jungle roads nearby for running, a great yoga space, and the couple’s massage was the best we had in Sri Lanka (better than other boutique hotels and at a lower price..) This place is now in our top 5 boutique hotels in Sri Lanka .

I honestly can’t recommend Kaju Green enough. We were looking for a place where we could truly disconnect and recharge, and this eco-lodge exceeded every expectation we had. The setting is simply magical. Tucked away in the heart of nature, it offers a rare kind of peace that’s hard to find these days. Waking up to the sound of birds and the sight of greenery all around was the perfect start to each day. Despite feeling remote, the lodge is well-equipped and thoughtfully managed, so you never feel like you’re missing out on comfort. The design of the accommodations really impressed us. The architecture strikes a beautiful balance between modern luxury and environmental mindfulness. The space felt airy, open, and inviting - a true retreat where you can breathe deeply and let go of stress. One of the highlights was how much there is to do without ever leaving the property. Whether it was a sunrise yoga session, a relaxing massage by skilled therapists, or paddling through the peaceful mangroves, every activity added something special to our stay. And the dining experience was consistently delightful - fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Kaju Green is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience that stays with you. If you value wellness, nature, and authentic hospitality, this is the destination for you. We’re already planning our return

If I could give this 100 stars I would! The most beautiful place I have ever stayed! Great staff, food, and views!

we arrived at the hotel as a tired couple after a long trip and we were welcomed with warm smiles and refreshing drinks, which immediatley made us feel at home and helped us relax after the journey. The room was very clean and comfortable, the food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt relaxed and well cared for. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful Talpe Rock Pool and beach. We also loved the swimming pool and kids' play area with water slides, which great for families. Also we enjoyed playing billards there. Before we left, they even surprised us with handmade souvenirs, which was such a kind and memorable gesture. Highly recommended! We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Nice architecture and ocean view. The villa itself is spacious.
