While the old city was mostly booked, we stayed 15 min away in this large, brand new, well equipped apt. They have a beautiful terasse with a great lounging area, they even provide a BT speaker. The best for last, Saiid, the host is amazing, offering coffee and making sure our needs are met. Not only is he super friendly, he was instrumental in interfacing with our ride to our next destination. It was a pleasant 2 night stay, with my elder mom, visiting from France. Good value.

Perfectly located, about a 15 minutes drive to Moulay Yacoub(Thermal Spa), 17 minutes to old Médina(City), 5 minutes to a major Supermarket (Marjane), a very safe and peaceful location with the beautiful view of the Mountain from the Terrace. The Apartment was exceptionally clean, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including brand new kitchen appliances. The Host Ilham was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Fes, and would strongly recommend it.
