The portuguese fortification on the seashore was spectacular.There is a wonderful beach nearby. Far less foreign tourists than other places. The place is neither too big nor too small. End of February was a bit too cold for a pleasant visit. The beach is nice and vast so I guess it would make a summer vacation here worth the while! El Jadida, Morocco, is a charming coastal city with rich history, especially in the old Portuguese City, a UNESCO site. The beaches are nice but could use better maintenance. The area is lively, with great cafes, restaurants, and plenty of activities, especially in summer. It was my first visit to El Jadida a d I will certainly visit again. The town is very interesting with lots of beautiful architecture and phantastic beaches. Most important for me was that is NOT overcrowded by tourists. The people were very helpful, kind and friendly. I felt safe here at anytime if the day. I specifically went to visit the Portuguese fortified city and cistern and was disappointed. The cistern is closed for renovation. This UNESCO fortification is totally rundown and dirty. Very sad to see. I do not recommend spending the time to visit this.Guest review byMarioCanada

This time I booked again just for the two days and extended for a further two. The staff are very friendly and always go the extra mile to accommodate customers. They looked after me. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be retuning again soon. In terms of location directly across the beach and very quiet.
