The owner was very friendly he tried to fix the problem they gave away our reservation and this was very disappointing and they took us to an other hotel but the bed was not a king size as the one we reserved and then the new hotel tried to charge us more. This was bad as the person who answered the door basically said sorry we tried calling you but you did not answer and we gave away your room . This is totatlly unacceptable. we dont ever live there to have a working phone that is why people make reservations!!!!!

Everything was clean & staff was very friendly and helpful ..I got sick with something I ate and Anna was able to bring me meds to the room ..I so much appreciate it !
