Top tier service, staff at reception were amazing, beautiful 5 star hotel in great location, excellent amenities. Fell and hurt my elbow in the lobby and they took great care of me, even later sent flowers and fruit basket with a card to my room. Very kind staff from the guys at the door to the gym staff and room service. Will definitely be back!

Every single thing. This was probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in ALOT all over the world. The service was the best I’ve ever had. The vibe was phenomenal. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this spot. The location was great. The tower view from the room was beautiful. I’d go back to KL just to stay here. The pool bar was exceptional. The service truly was something else. And the hotel itself was stunning
