The snorkeling at the Resort was wonderful given that within 25 metres or so we were amongst coral gardens full of tropical fish. This was the absolute highlight. Very friendly helpful staff who worked at the waterfront area, assisting with identification of fish, where to snorkel and other helpful insights. If you are after a family friendly holiday that involves time on and under the water with your children (my son is 10, and loved all the marine life), most recommended.

One of the most gorgeous places I’ve ever stayed. Upgraded our room to one of the bungalows with a private dock overlooking the water, a bit pricy but totally worth it. We could snorkel right off the dock, saw beautiful tropical fish everywhere. Very nice room, huge shower, comfortable bed and stylish decor. Pool and restaurant were also very nice. Would absolutely stay again.

The room is stunning with a big bathtub to make use of (headsup, the bathtub is in the middle of the room with no partition, so if you travel with friends know what to expect - the shower is closed off/private though), the be is comfy, the water in the shower is hot, the wifi works fine, the aircon works well, the view is... okay haha but the central location makes up for it! Right next to the food district

We got a corner room on the top floor, which was lovely (& may have been an upgrade from what we paid for). The staff are extremely polite & friendly. The breakfast is adequate, & tries to cater to many ethnicities, but with some strange holes. The location was close to where we needed to be, & the Maxim taxis were generally responsive & very cheap.

    An amazing location - wonderful views over the bay from our...

    An amazing location - wonderful views over the bay from our very nice room. We loved seeing the monkeys, hornbills, monitor lizards and geckos. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed spending time at the simple private beach a short boat ride away. Make sure you arrive at Jesselton Point at least an hour before your speedboat leaves as they check you in there and it can take ages. Evening dining is either a fish restaurant, a Japanese restaurant or a bewilderingly large buffet.

    Amazing stay at the resort over 2 nights.

    Amazing stay at the resort over 2 nights. The staff and service is absolutely next level. Made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious. Plenty of activities to fill up 3 days for the family. Special acknowledgement to the host Anof, Richie and Showwell and chef Jonathan. Keep up good work guys

    The staff are exceptional. The variety of food is amazing. Facilities were in good condition and easily accessible. I expected we may be able to hike a few trails on the island but this was not possible. It surprised me for such a relaxed place that you needed more formal attire (trousers, closed shoes and collared shirt for) for one of the restaurants. We weren’t prepared for that. Sunset cruise was brief but great

    - The hotel and its surroundings were really beautiful and clearly very well cared for by the staff. The staff were really knowledgeable about the wildlife in the area - Snorkelling just off the beach and seeing so many fish was really cool, could pop to and from the pool to snorkel when needed - The hotel staff were all so friendly and really helpful throughout the whole trip - The satay and the local breakfast options were really well done and the food in general was to a high quality

    Very friendly staff. They fullfilled every single wish, always helpful and smiling. They offer a great snorkeling trip to Sulug Island. There are many spa treatments available. The pool is amazing, very clean. There is only one restaurant and every dish we had was delicious and looked absolutely beautiful. A wide variety of dishes is available also for breakfast. Water and clean towels are delivered to the room daily.

    This is a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Communication was good before we arrived. Our accommodation was beautiful and kept spotless. The pool and activites were excellent. The staff here really work hard to make sure your stay is excellent. The food was delicious.
