Very easy access to the property, able to park the car just outside the door, very well equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, sugar, good supply of towels, washing machine and bathroom supplies. Our daughter enjoyed everything about the property. There was a second large room with a couch,, desk, chair and large wardrobe.

    The first city in the world 🌎 to see the sunrise and has beautiful beaches to swim.This city is family orientated and the lifestyle here is relaxed mode. The people here enjoy the hunting and diving/ fishing experience (kai gathering).Also alot of agricultural/ horticulture revolves here as well. There is also a lot of farming sheep & cattle here on the east coast and definitely comes with a beautiful coastline to drive and enjoy 💯👌 Highway 35... Stay blessed 🙌 enjoy your everyday 🙏

    Warm and friendly, lots of cafes, get out on to the board...

    Warm and friendly, lots of cafes, get out on to the board walk for an easy walk or take the Titirangi hill/maunga walk for a bit more of a challenge. DO make sure you greet and talk to people. Lots to see and do. PBC make the best hashbrowns and all day breakfasts.

    The Gisbourne coastline is perfect for getting away and some great self-care time. The town offered a good range of food, clothing op shops, but getting away from the crowds and driving along the coast was only 20 minutes out of Gisbourne, was worth the trip absolute paradise, its my number one holiday spot, I will be returning

    Next visit will be vineyards more beaches etc Had dinner and lunch at the WORKS- nice size servings- airport taxi/car hire etc will def be back. Weather was fantastic - was in spa until 9pm Fed stingrays in their natural habitat- just beautiful

    Gizzy is an awesome town to experience if you have never...

    Gizzy is an awesome town to experience if you have never been there before. Lots to do especially walking, kayaking, swimming, surfing and exploring. The shops are great with some speciality clothing shops. Everywhere you go there is water. Thoroughly recommend for whānau with children.

    I stayed in a small cabin. It looked very new and was really sweet. It was well equipped and everything was sparkling clean (also the bathrooms and kitchen). I loved the locaton. Of course you should be aware that there is nothing else but the bay and the camp ground - that's the beauty of it. But Gisborne is only about 10-15 minutes away. Got very good information on how to check in and what to do before my arrival.

    The hosts Graeme and Jen were just awesome and so accommodating,the unit was well equipped and the big bowl of fresh fruit was such a pleasure to enjoy.Another plus in hot Gisborne was the beautiful swimming pool set in the cool of the orchard,the spa was also a plus.The hosts were so generous with the produce from their orchard,we came home with a carful.Highly recommended

    The location is on the town boundary next to the river, within walking distance of the town centre—it's in the perfect location. It was clean, comfortable, very well maintained, and renovated for a 1975 dwelling, with new carpet. Very happy with our stay. Recommend it to anyone visiting Gisborne or the East Coast.
