Magda is the sweetest and most caring host you can imagine. She runs a beautiful little hotel which is such a comfortable and welcome stopover on the salkantay trek. The room is similar to a sky capsule or dome since it has a huge curved window for seeing the beautiful mountain view and stars. Magda also runs a coffee and cacao plantation so you get gourmet coffee and chocolate during your stay. She is also an amazing cook and what you eat at her hotel is ten times better than anything else you will eat while on your trek. Thank you for the hospitality and beautiful nights rest!

Great staff (including the person at the reception desk and the woman that cooks food for breakfast and dinner). The room was dorm style, but a maximum of three beds per room was nice. Warm showers provided (warm water isn't always guaranteed though).

Beautifully built property by Manuel and his friend. Best room on the trek. Manuel cooked a beautiful meal for us and we had a wonderful time at dinner hearing his story. This is really what makes trekking so special in Peru, connecting with the locals and hearing their amazing stories.

Mery was super accommodating. Nice location for Salkantay trek. We left at 8am and made it to Aguas Calientes that evening no problem. Power went out the night we were there and the hosts served us a nice candle lit dinner. Amazing guac! The 2 nice dogs are a bonus

We absolutely loved our stay at Lia B&B. This was our favourite stay along the Salkantay trek, we did the coffee tour with Freddy which absolutely exceeded our expectations! Dinner and breakfast provided were great. We had a great time staying here
