The stay was perfect and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They helped us whenever they could, from getting us a taxi to taking our bags up to our rooms for us. They also offer an amazing laundry service! Perfect relaxing stay after our Salkantay trek. We appreciated the hospitality of all staff, especially Jose. We’d recommend this accommodation to everyone, especially tourists. Thank you for making our stay in Cusco so special!

The staff is very kind and helpful. Everything that we asked for they provided: sending our clothes laundry, supplying hot water to drink, gave heater to the room and so on. It is a little far from El Centro. Other than that we are fully happy with this hotel.

We booked this hotel at the last minute because we had an early flight out of Cusco and getting from Urubamba early in the morning would've been difficult. I wasn't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was great! We were able to grab dinner at the pizzeria close and the breakfast included with our stay the following morning was wonderful. Not as centrally located if you're looking to explore Cusco and the Plaza, but close to the airport and a wonderful place to stay.

I really enjoyed that the property was just 15mins or less away from the city by uber. The amenities are not modern but everything works well.

Our stay at Apu Mountain Lodge was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Peru. I can honestly say this was the best hospitality experience I have ever received at any hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like old friends rather than guests. The owner went above and beyond, providing personal attention and assistance that made our stay incredibly special. The entire staff was exceptional—genuinely warm, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed. But what really sets Apu Mountain Lodge apart is the people. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for their guests are something you rarely experience, even at the finest luxury hotels. I've stayed at many hotels over the years, but the level of personal service and hospitality we experienced here was unlike anything I've encountered before. Thank you to the owner and the entire team for making our visit to Peru so memorable. We arrived as guests but left feeling like friends. I cannot recommend Apu Mountain Lodge highly enough. If you're visiting Cusco, this is a truly special place to stay!

The room was brand new, beautifully presented, and exceptionally clean. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well looked after. The location is also perfect for exploring Cusco, with many of the main attractions within easy reach. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Overall a nice spot to stay just don't expect a hot shower. They cut it off at night and even before the cutoff it's hit or miss, you may just get tepid water. Other than that a decent value.

Had a wonderful time staying at the San Francisco Hotel. Our room was beautiful and spacious with nice mountain views. Breakfast was great with fresh fruits every morning and the views to the city is stunning. It would've been nice to switch up the breakfast on different days for people who are staying there longer but otherwise no complaints. Our checkout was at 9:30 AM and our flight at 10:30 PM which is quite a few hours before we had to leave. The staff hold our luggage at the hotel and we were able to enjoy the day in the city center without the hassle and hang out in the hotel lobby after before we catch a ride to the airport. Also, I booked the hotel last minute after receiving a message from the Dreams Boutique Hotel Cusco last minute (the day of my flight to Cusco) that booking.com system over booked them and they don't have a room for us. I was very disappointed but finding the San Francisco Hotel worked out great in every aspect.
