beautiful view of the hotel, in really well preserved colonial buildings, its even more beautiful than the picture. staff is really friendly & easy to communicate. airport transfer is very smooth & good price. we dine a night in the restaurant, service is amazing and the food is good (its a big portion that you can share!). walking to place de armas just 10mins. Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is locted in a historic house which was renovated in a classy way being modern yet respectful of it's history. The staff was amazing, attentive of every detail and very willing to accommodate our every need. The terrace with a view of the volcanoes is spectacular, with a very complete breakfast and all you can drink tea and coffee assortment. Upon our departure, a guest in my party forgot a silver bracelet, the staff proceeded to call us and did every effort to return it. Very highly recommended
