Clean, good location and owner cares

Staff very helpful, friendly and offered suggestions we would not have otherwise thought of.

I love the hotel ambiance, not claustrophobic, the breakfast is excellent, so many varities... its also quiet, we rested nicely.. very close to the airport.. we will be back!

The room was large, beautiful, and set up well. It was a great deal for the price I paid. I couldn’t hear the people that were staying in the neighboring rooms. The lady at the service desk was accommodating when I asked for my room to be changed to the ground floor rather than the second floor.

New, clean, convenient. Lots of plugs for devices. Great lighting. Comfortable bed. Great views. Large bathroom.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast everyday. Different selection. Room is clean. Near airport.

Perfect location to SFO airport. Rooms were spacious. And comfortable

The instructions for the pick up point and scheduling of the shuttle service was easy to follow. The lady at the front desk was very kind and got lucky i was allowed to check in early with an acceptable added fee. I'm sorry I forgot to ask for her name, I wanted to thank her again for her help. The room was clean and spacious. Check out process was easy. My flight was at 5am so I had to leave during non operating hours of their shuttle, but it wasn't a problem at all since uber is available. Overall, I would stay again if I needed a place to stay near SFO airport.
