It is a nice college town and this was my first trip to this area. My husband went to high school and college here. As the system was malfunctioning and not addressed by the day shift personnel she did a wonderful job in accommodating us. She went upstairs to verify empty room availability to be able to get us and my daughter and her family rooms next to each other as that's what we booked.
