A perfect place to stay after a long day driving. The pool was a great place to relax with complimentary beers! The manager really knows how to run this accommodation and it provides nice and thoughtful touches. The breakfast was so good and I would definitely recommend staying there. The local restaurants were a short 15 mins walk and had great food.

We come to this hotel 2-3 times a year and we love it! The water and pools are amazing, the decoration is very pleasant and all the details show a lot of love and care. We like that it’s run by the owners and it feels very much like home, while being very quite and private. Also the breakfast is delicious!

The intimacy and size of the resort. Very welcoming host (Ezzy). He played relaxing music during the day around the pool, and provided great recommendation on restaurants to try. Ample parking, free sunscreen, ice and water. Pool and Jacuzzi open 24 hours. Basic well equipped and very clean room, and reasonably priced for this type of resort. Our new clothing optional resort in the Palm Springs area.

The setting is very nice, with the whole facility enclosed by a wall to make it feel like the oasis it is. I enjoyed the bento breakfast. The pools are nice and the water is sublime -- one of the best hot springs I've ever visited. I also appreciate that it was adult-only, as I prefer quiet enjoyment and a peaceful environment in which to fully relax.

I was taken aback by several experiences while on the property! 1) The entire property needs renovating and a quality check. For the pricing, furniture, decor and look should be at a higher and more pleasing level. 2) The food served at the restaurant was subpar at best. Lots of issues and food had to be returned and adjusted several times!?! 3) My largest issue was the caliber and presentation of the staff!!! I captured a video of a VERY LOADED Employee while there??? This employee, although very visibly high on something, wasn't asked to leave at all. She was simply asked to sit and fold napkins? She nodded off whole folding each individual napkin and practiced unsanitary habits while doing so!!!

Large newly renovated rooms - super clean. Helpful and friendly staff at check in, breakfast and check out. Superb outdoor pool and hot tub - nice warm/ hot temperatures since this hotel is on top of the hot mineral spring zone.

The most interest is the mineral water! It exceeded my expectations. The different temperature in the pools, jacuzzi is great idea! Some more hours of restaurant with light breakfast or add buffet will be better. But the most concern - is all wabbling chairs and some carpet renewal, a little refresh wall painting is necessary! And the view from side of hotel will be better if any landscape will be added or any activity center / park will be built for selfies, artists...

I never stayed at the room. the night shift front desk rep (jack) didn't let me have room key asking $100.00 security deposit. i was short on cash and didn't accept my check. i had my business credit card which was under my wives name and didn't accept that either. So i left hotel at 11.15pm back to my home in a sleepy situation. no i am happy at home without any accident which took me about 3 hours. i will talk to my attorney to see whom i have sue.

It's a destination town- pick your best hotel/hot springs stay. We come to soak up the volcanic healing waters- we rarely leave to the local restaurants- mainly Mexican - not overly healthy choices. We pick up what we want in our room and stay on site.

The hot tub + other amenities. beautiful VIEW. Cozy bed. It’s super clean. Everything was excellent. We loved how DOG FRIENDLY the property was…we brought our two precious pups. we enjoyed the most blissful & radiant sunrise from the back hang out area (see photo) . we will definitely be back.

The hotel has 3 pools. Whether they are built on hot springs is anyone's guess. They just look like regular heated pools. Two of them are boiling hot and i couldn't stay in them for long. The other large one was warmish but not super warm. They need a pool temperature in the middle of hot and warm and there was none. Besides that everything was ok. I liked the rooms and the style of the bathroom.

From $259 per nightwe basically had the whole hotel for ourselves. it felt like renting a big villa and was great. the pool side is lovely. it’s in a quiet area. the room is really good and the whole setup is very cute. although the owner was not here, he made sure we managed to get all codes to get into the place. all the check in process was super easy and smooth.

Good for bird watchers. Close to Joshua Tree NP, Thousand Palms Oasis, Mt San Jacinto Aerial Tram, and Big Morango Canyon Preserve. The resort has many palms, is very quiet at night, and wonderful hot pools therapeutic for your arthritis pain.
