The house had everything we could need! Stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities, cozy blankets and even coloring! The place was exceptionally cute, cozy, and clean. The king bed was so comfortable, with a great view outside. 10/10 would stay again!

Absolutely gorgeous streamside cabin! We stayed in February and got some snow overnight - looked like we were in a painting! The creek is such a relaxing presence, and the amenities can’t be beat. It’s a quick drive to Livingston Manor, but you can absolutely spend a perfect few days just enjoying the perfectly renovated cabin and the beauty of the forest!

Beautiful old home built in early 1900’s hosted by a friendly accommodating owner who always placed our comfort and privacy first in our stay. As we used the property as a staging for our days of fishing in Roscoe, the ability to cook our meals, including our catches of fresh trout for dinner, left us feeling so at home that we invited our hostess to share our evening meals- it was as if we were sharing our meal with family. A return stay would be an easy decision.
