The room we got was very spacious and clean, no bad smells or anything out of the ordinary. The air was nice and cold, the windows didn't have curtains (which was very good for me as I don't like curtains) but these cool window covers that completely block out the sun when drawn. The bathroom was big and very clean. The beds were comfortable. All in all it was a great stay for a great price!!

New favorite hotel in New Braunfels! Ownership has completely renovated this hotel, and the updated rooms, bar, pool area are 10/10. Nothing quite like it in the area and SUPER affordably priced, will definitely return! :)

    Me and my family had a wonderful time in New Braunfuls! We floated and kayak and fished the Guadalupe River in new Braunfels! My husband and son even caught a few baths out of the Guadalupe river wow we was floating and fishing they was I was floating with my puppy dog! It’s a beautiful river and me and my family really enjoyed it! We stayed at the The Haven NBTX in new Braunfels and it’s an amazing place to rent from!

    We loved the historic areas, the river, the German food and the entertainment. New Braunfels used to have a genuine small town feel, but now it has been overly commercialized and the traffic and parking are a nightmare.

    New Braunfels has so much to offer.

    New Braunfels has so much to offer. If it does not have what you want, just drive for a very few minutes and you can find it!! The city is ideally located between San Antonio and Austin and either provides or is within easy distance from practically anything you might want in a vacation or a business stop.

    We enjoy lunching at the Gristmill in Gruene and going to the Sidecar Cocktail lounge. The pianist at the Sidecar, Little Jewford, is fabulous and it is a very sophisticated and romantic spot to enjoy an evening.

    There is so much to explore in New Braunfels, Greune Hall...

    There is so much to explore in New Braunfels, Greune Hall and the surrounding area is amazing, we could have spent 2 full days there enjoying music, food, shopping and lots of great people watching. We walked through a portion of downtown in the early evening and many shops were closed. The walk was perfect and very enjoyable. Texas BBQ is the food of choice and outstanding!

    I love new braunfels!!

    I love new braunfels!! I have been coming here for over 10 years for family vacation. I love the river, and how close everything is to the hotels(because it is a small city). I would definitely recommend coming here. I will say my family is not big on waterparks or amusement parks like six flags and spashtown, we much more prefer the river, camping, and walking around the parks. With that being said, if your looking for things like those parks, this might not be your cup of tea.

    Our vacation in New Braunfels was incredible! The hotel we stayed at was perfectly situated - all the attractions were easy to get to. And there were plenty of things to do on-site, like grilling up some delicious food for a barbecue and chilling in the picnic area. Oh, and the food! It was absolutely delicious - you can't go wrong with that. All in all, it was a truly top notch experience!
