Clean. Pleasent. Nice staff good location easy access to the highway. They even had a microwave and a refrigerator 😳 that’s hard to come by now a days. 😃 the pool was nice as well.

The American Inn is a lovely family run inn in Branford, Connecticut. The room was extra clean and very quiet. The location was very convenient with a seafood restaurant, diner, Duncan, and a Stop & Shop nearby. We enjoyed our stay immensely and we'll return.

Everything!! it was an amazing hotels, and the views were breathtaking.

Close to New Haven Green, and off course Yale University Campus. Easy to find when getting off from Bus 271 which picked us up from Union station. Nice neighbourhood and relaxing lobby. Guest Laundry room works pretty well.
