Unique boutique hotel with direct access to the beach. Staff great. If you want a party head south beach but here is very relaxing and chilled. Would recommend the king suite with balcony. Much more expensive than non sea view rooms but worth it.

    THE HOTEL IS NASTY.

    THE HOTEL IS NASTY. THE FRONT AREA, THE ELEVATOR, THE HALLWAY AND THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. THERE WAS ALSO SOMEONE BANGING ON MY DOOR AT 1:20 AM IN THE MORNING AND TRYING TO USE THEIR KEY TO GET IN MY ROOM. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK WHICH TOOK AWHILE TO ANSWER AND TOLD THEM THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO GET IN MY ROOM, A SHORT TIME LATER A FEMALE SECURITY WHO HARDLY COULD GET OUT HER OWN WAY CAME TO THE DOOR AND I TOLD HER WHAT HAD HAPPEN AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE ANYONE BUT THEY WOULD CHECK THE CAMERA. I ALSO TOLD HER THAT I COULD NOT SLEEP. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I LEFT THE NEXT MORNING.

    Am still awaiting my $100 refund to go back into my account.

    Am still awaiting my $100 refund to go back into my account. This was explained to me and my wife, the money was held for any damages that may occur during my stay. I checked out on the 25th of December and today is the 28th of December. It’s only suppose to take 72 hrs or three days. I’ll wait another day before I start making some calls.

    I liked the location, very convenient to beaches, Home Depot, North Miami, & Whole Foods, those were just the closest businesses. There are other businesses further away but knowing I didn't have to travel was a convenience to me and I had the pizza across the street also. The hotel is in a safe area of Miami, I'm sure that would be a concern for people coming to Miami. Convenient Location!

    Located close to hwy 95.

    Located close to hwy 95. Hotel not clean, garbage on elevator floor, hallway dirty, tub rusty. Water bathroom sink ran on counter top. Would not recommend to anyone. Stayed one night only because we were tired.

    I ate at TC Roti shop and the food was good, especially the doubles. There are sufficient restaurants in the area, the please was clean and easy to find. The staff was helpful and answered my questions.

    There was a lot to do and many places to shop and eat.

    There was a lot to do and many places to shop and eat. It was a safe an clean place to visit and dine on the beach. We ate at Shuckers on the beach where you could see all the beautiful boats. We were there waiting to go in a cruise and see Miami. It was beautiful!

    I will tell you the truth.management needs to put money into this hotel.too many things not working ice machines soda machine lights hanging by one screw no hangers in the room rusty hangers rack AC works good but is outdated.not bar no food. I wish the best but you need to do better stop being so cheap thank you

    This place is fabulous compare to hotels have stayed in miami I'll give it a 5 star rating. Honestly no complain. Location was ideal close to airport and basically all the major shops. Like Walmart home depot Lowe's marshalls harbor freight and the list goes on.

    I would not go back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone I know. We reached the hotel at 1am and the elevator was not working. We had to use the stairs that were dirty and smelly, with no assistance from the staff working there.
