We liked being so near the beach, but were surprised that our ocean view was across the street from the beach. There were lots of towels in the room. The housekeeping staff responded quickly to our requests. The food at the restaurant was good. The pools looked clean and all the children seemed to be having a great time.

The Atlantic Motel was VERY clean both the room and the pool...
The Atlantic Motel was VERY clean both the room and the pool area. The maid service was not obtrusive. The website indicated that there was a coffee and tea common area, but there was not one. It was a long walk to reach the beach and boardwalk, but do-able. There was several seafood restaurants, but they were quite pricey. We drove into Brick Township a few of the days where is a lot of shopping and eateries. I would prefer to be a little closer to the beach the next trip.NancyUnited States of America - Scored 1010
Point Pleasant Beach is perfect!
Point Pleasant Beach is perfect! Only $15 fee, and the beach was quiet, lots of room, friendly lifeguard. The town, and nearby Bay Head, have all the restaurants, shopping and fun boardwalk arcades nearby.

No smoking or alcohol, clean and family friendly, life guards. Near amusement park and concessions on boardwalk. Great seafood restaurants in town off of the beach (which has more fried and fast food). Arnold Ave. has cute boutiques!

Coffee was available every morning for the guests. The view of the beach from our room was beautiful, private beach access, and the pool was great. The hotel, beach and boardwalk was family friendly. We will definitely be going back.
