We stayed in the main tower and from the moment we checked in- this place was exceptional! Fresh POG juice, lei’s, beads, friendly valet. Our room was immaculate with all the bells and whistles- robe, slippers, loccitane products, etc. The bed and linens were SO comfortable—and I am very picky. The resort has a private beach with all snorkel, SUP, boogie boards, towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was very easy not to leave the property grounds and be spoiled. There was live music which was delightful and they usually have a hula dancer which we missed because it was Easter at The Copper Bar.

Beautiful, large studio with a patio and lovely gardens! Decorated with lots of details. Very pretty and new. Has everything you need: refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Easy to get to! The hosts even provided coffee and creamer which is great! It has a huge, comfortable king size bed so my young adult daughter and I didn’t mind sharing it although best for couples.

    Staff was consistently helpful. Room request and upgrade appreciated. Beautiful resort. No charge for self parking was nice. Love the water bottles and refill stations around the resort. ALso found the pool staff helpful and enjoyed the chair covers and towel service.

    The value is excellent. I got a 2 bedroom with a full kitchen. Also, you don't need to pay any resort fee or parking fee.

    We loved the huge sized apartment with separate bathrooms/ensuites for everyone in our group of four! The pool area was practical, large enough for its purpose and close to the apartment. Great parking at the door of the apartment. Good value for money compared to the nearby resorts. Awesome to have our own laundry in the apartment and free of any extra charges!

    If you stay in the Ocean Tower be prepared to walk, a lot! It is a 10-15 minute walk to the parking lot. Don't count on taking the tram (and it does not go all the way to the tower at this time). The grounds are beautiful. Go to the Queen's marketplace for snacks and breakfast.

    Huge apartment!! The apartment was super clean upon arrival. It provided everything we needed, the kitchen dishes help a lot, plus all the extra pool towels. The AC works great, and the parking lot has a designated spot for each unit. Amazing!!
