I love the room because it had everything similar to my home; fridge, stove, microwave and ample space to move around. However, the pull out bed wasn’t great, it was dirty, dingy and the mattress was soiled. My family slept on top of the cushions. Our room was on the 4th floor, there was a lot of kids running back and forth in the hallway, slamming doors, you could hear every time someone slams the door abs yelling. I love Marriott hotel rooms, I would give it a 7.5 out of 10 this time.

The staff was amazing. We held an event there and then stayed. We cannot thank the whole group enough! They made the event go off without an issue and the hotel was very welcoming!

    THe staff personnel were excellent!

    THe staff personnel were excellent! They was renovating the building and the appearance was not pleasing, however, once inside room, there was no noise and the room was adequate for our needs. The view not so much because at the time we were travelling construction vehicles were blocking the view.

    All the stores restaurant everything is convenient for you you can walk it's just great there they really build up and did a whole lot more new exciting things the hotels are great the motels are great it's just good to be there I love coming home all the time!

    Hotel and rooms were clean, the staff was polite and very attentive, there were restaurants in walking distance and breakfast was good. My only complaint would be the beds were kind of uncomfortable and the pillows were awful no support or fluffiness.

    The staff was very accommodating at check in. There was no ice on all 3 floors. The manager brought some up to our room. The staff was changed the next day and when i asked for ice again i was told i would have to get it from the sister hotel across the street. The place was dirty and in disrepair. Sticky stains on the hallway carpets. Stains in our room as well. Bathroom fixtures were damaged and the shower curtain rod was as well. There were ferrel cats all around the side of the building but never saw any inside. This was not a good stay and we will not return.

    Nice staff clean rooms I've heard the food is good didn't get to try any cause the incidental fee with the price of the room made me to broke to eat for my entire 1 day stay. Nothing special from what I experienced, it's just what you'd expect from any hotel. The area by the water across the street was nice to sit by with a bit of a view. Got stood Up by my Girlfriend here so my experience wasn't really enjoyable at all. The staff were kind but isn't that the job. Nothing special or that made me want to ever come back. Maybe to the area of Waldorf but probably never staying here again. Honestly wish I could get a full refund but I'm not the type to cause a scene about stuff.

    The stay was good, but it was only for one night. The room was clean and it was quiet. The staff was very nice and friendly . They made you feel welcomed.The location of the hotel was near my event but getting to the hotel was kind of confusing. The smoking outside the hotel is understandable but it was awful having to get to into the hotel to get to the front desk and having to smell the fumes. There needs to either be a no smoking on premises or a designated smoking area away from the front entrance.

    I refused to stay at this hotel. Upon entering the hotel, I was overcome with the smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke. The hotel was undergoing renovations, but the condition of the lobby was unacceptable. I did not feel safe.
