Really nice hotel in excellent location! We enjoyed the hotel and staff was super friendly. Excellent location and friendly service.

The breakfast was excellent and included all Vietnamese traditional dishes. Banh cuon and pho bo are my favourite dishes for breakfast and both were excellent.

The couple - owner - is just cute and accomodating. They have lots of comics, toys, a dog and a cat running around, cute, active, may be cautious at first but just spend a few mins and they would be lovely to play with. The place is quite near the center, got bikes for rent, you can just communicate your needs and I think they will try to accomodate. Also located in the foothill, take a walk to the top for a broad view of the city, cool. Room is enough for 4 pp and clean. The view is amazing, plus no mosquitoes or sum. Considering the price as well, the stay is decent. Would recommend.

It was very nicely located, the roof bar was fantastic, the staff was friendly, the swimming pool was nice and it was possible to rent a scooter for very cheap.

It’s a brand new hotel that’s super cozy, clean, and in a very local and nice area. The owners are also lovely!

Let me start with, I will definitely come back here and stay here again. And everyone I know who wants to visit Ninh Binh I will tell them to stay here too. It is a family run little Hotel, with clean and spacious rooms and a big bathroom, which is also very clean. Bedsheets and towel immaculately white. Not one stain. I am a clean freak so I felt really comfortable in the room. Right outside the rooms you have a table and two chairs to sit like on a balcony. I watched the rain storm from here, which was beautiful. The location is great, it is located in a back alley, so it’s quiet, although it is central in tam coc. You just walk out the alley and you are at the main street with all the shops and cafes etc. The hotel lends bikes for their guests for free. I felt so welcome here, thanks to Linh the manager/host. Arriving early in the morning (Sleeperbus Travel) I could leave my luggage at the reception easily and lend a bike from the hotel and started exploring. Linh even gave me a few informations about the close by spots and a tourist map. Early check-out at 6:30 no problem, even got a breakfast-package for the way, because I would miss regular breakfast. It is clear Linh gives her everything to this place and it is important for her the guests feel welcome and comfortable and this definitely shows in this place. There are many more things I could tell about how helpful and kind Linh was, how much effort she puts into making the guests stay as comfortable as possible. But my review is already too long, so let me say this: Thank you very much Madam Seven Tam Coc Hotel for this great stay. I hope I will be back someday.

Great people , great service , excellent food . Location couldnt be any better , proximity to most points of interest . Definitely recommended.

The hotel is nestled in the most idyllic spot overlooking the hillside. We particularly loved sitting on the balcony, admiring the views, especially in the morning. Breakfast was a generous fruit platter and yoghurts, plus an extensive range of choices from the menu. We loved coming back to the hotel after a long day cycling and exploring the area, to have a restorative foot bath and ginger tea. A really lovely stay with helpful and charming staff. Would thoroughly recommend.

Staying in this place felt like being home. Staff was extremely kind and welcoming, as we arrived we were offered food and drinks. The next way we were provided free bikes, and we asked for laundry which was done in a very short amount of time. Rooms were modern and comfortable. The people here are extremely kind and chill, I loved this place so much and I want to thank everyone here. I left a tip, because it was so much deserved. I truly hope to come back next year and meet these kind people again. Choose this place and you will love your trip in Vietnam even more!

TT House has to be the best place I have stayed in Vietnam and I have been here for a year. The communication after we booked was fantastic and set the tone for the stay. Great rooms, brilliant, helpful staff who helped us make the most of our short stay in Pleiku. The rooms re better than 4 star hotel, I cannot recommend enough.
