I believe this hotel deserves an extra star for its exceptional service. Upon checking in, we noticed an odd smell in our room, and we were offered a room change instantly. The rooms were always clean, with new towels, a brush, and slippers. If we needed extra tea, we got it. Additionally, when my boyfriend fell ill, the staff managed to find a doctor for us on the same day, which would have been impossible for us to do on our own. The room was also well-designed in terms of convenience. Downstairs, there was a Starbucks, making it super convenient for our morning needs without much walking. Furthermore, near the elevators, there's a large vending machine selling toothbrushes, electrical adapters, shaving kits, and other necessities, making it handy for late check-ins when everything is closed. The hotel's location is worth praising, as it is very close to all the nice places, restaurants, and even Victoria Peak. Overall, I do not understand why this hotel has only 3 stars; they definitely deserve a 4-star rating for their excellent service and everything! Highly recommended!
