It was modern but also thought out! Spacious and comfortable too. A plus was the security to get into the building and then past the corridor to the stairs and elevator; ease of access with this too! As for the room we stayed in THE STEAM SHOWER WAS INCREDIBLE! We used it every single day multiple times a day for the week we were there! Lots of towels, lots of shampoos and body wash and toiletries that we didn’t need to worry or bring! We also like how helpful the Hotel concierge is because we called them a few times for travel tips and they were awesome! Even held our luggage for a few hours before checkin when we landed early in Florence on our first day! We liked how quiet it was only seeing two guests once in our entire stay and they were the room next to us!

We LOVED everything about the place! The fact that it was quiet even though it was relatively near everything... The rooms were wonderful, loved the tub in the room, and the constant HOT water was fabulous 😍 The staff, were exceptional, so helpful in many ways, the breakfast with the view of the gardens was magic!! High highly recommend this place!

Great location, away from the city centre in a quieter part of Florence. It is in a more upmarket area. City centre is about a 30 minute walk away. Coffee shops and restaurants are close by. The apartment is nice and spacious. It is fully equipped, it’s got a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, coffee and biscuits. The host Isabelle was incredible, very responsive and very helpful.

Spacious apartment close walking distance to the centre of Florence. Grateful for the air conditioning as we were traveling in the middle of the heat wave. Ample space for our family of 4. Hosts were gracious with easy check in. It was nice to have a parking space included.
